Includes all the services listed in the service comparison chart below plus Spicer agents will show the property to unrepresented buyers. We’ll represent you in the transaction while we assist the buyers.

3% Listing Fee

Includes all the options in the service comparison chart below. Ideal for sellers needing help organizing contractors and staging firms to get heir home ready for listing. Compensation to buyer agents is optional.
